大型煤化工装置大机组性能优化与探索

摘要 针对企业大型机组能耗较高的现象,分析了大型机组生产运行过程中的问题,采取了节能与生产管理密切结合的新方法,有效提高了企业各类设备利用效率,突破习惯性运行模式(一台二氧化碳离心机及两台往复机同时运行的模式),深挖机组潜能,对CO_(2)离心机防喘振系统实施改造,提高机组运行效率,降低了生产运行成本。 Targeting at high energy consumption of large machinery sets,the paper conducts an analysis on problems emerging in their production and operation processes,and adopts a new approach of integrating energy conservation into production management to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of various types of equipment.It breaks down the shackles of habitual operation mode(one carbon dioxide centrifuge works along with two reciprocators),taps into the potential of the machinery sets,and renovates the anti-surge system of the CO_(2) centrifuge.In this way,it improves the operation efficiency of the machinery and reduces the production and operation costs.
