摘要 通过搭建国内最先进的DCS控制系统,对测量数据和现场数据进行对比,利用大数据技术进行工艺分析,在保证工艺流程、设备稳定运转、数据完整性的同时,建立完善的过程检测与执行控制功能,提高生产系统的抗干扰能力及自适应能力,实现生产过程操作方式的迭代优化。主要对碎磨及浮选过程进行智能控制系统设计及实施,配置在线粒度仪和浓度计进行生产状态监控,实现选矿粒度、浓度等关键生产指标在线检测与闭环控制。通过磨矿智能控制系统,向基础自动化单元给矿、补水、调频回路下达优化控制指令,稳定生产流程,提高溢流产品质量。通过粒度在线分析,计算出各作业点的理论风量值,结合充气管道的实际反馈值,实现风量自动调节,提升作业流程稳定性,实现流程产率优化,稳定精矿品位。 By building the most advanced DCS control system in China,comparing the measured data with the field data,and using big data technology for process analysis,a perfect process detection and execution control function is established to improve the anti-interference ability and adaptive ability of the production system and realize the iterative optimization of the production process operation mode while ensuring the stable operation of the process flow,equipment and data integrity.It mainly designs and implements the intelligent control system for the grinding and flotation process,configures the on-line particle size meter and concentration meter to monitor the production status,and realizes the on-line detection and closed-loop control of key production indicators such as beneficiation particle size and concentration.Through the intelligent grinding control system,the optimization control instructions are issued to the basic automation unit of the ore feeding,water replenishment and frequency modulation circuits to stabilize the production process and improve the quality of overflow products.The theoretical air volume value of each operating point is calculated through on-line analysis of particle size,combined with the actual feedback value of the inflatable pipeline,to realize the automatic adjustment of air volume,improve the stability of the operation process,optimize the process yield,and stabilize the concentrate grade.
