成都市部分公立幼儿园男教师需求和满意度的现状研究

Research on the Demand and Satisfaction of Male Teachers in Some Public Kindergartens in Chengdu

幼儿园男教师在幼儿园教育中起着至关重要的作用,对幼儿健康成长有着深远影响。本文对成都市部分公立幼儿园园长、教师、幼儿家长进行调查,结果显示成都市公立幼儿园男教师数量少但需求量大、男教师受幼儿喜爱但社会地位认可度和待遇不高。为此,应出台相应政策,不断提升幼儿男教师地位和增加幼儿男教师工资待遇,以期吸引更多男性加入幼儿教育事业,从而促进幼儿教育质量的持续提高。

Male kindergarten teachers play a vital role in kindergarten education and have a far-reaching impact on the healthy growth of children.This paper investigates the principals,teachers and parents of some public kindergartens in Chengdu.The results show that the number of male teachers in public kindergartens in Chengdu is small,but the demand is large.Male teachers are loved by children,but the social status recognition and treatment are not high.Therefore,corresponding policies should be issued to continuously improve the status of male preschool teachers and increase the salary of male preschool teachers,in order to attract more men to join preschool education,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of preschool education.
