摘要
在对工匠精神的内涵及职业素养的内容进行简述基础上,阐述工匠精神视域下高职学生职业素养培育的意义:赋予高职学生的职业素养培育新的要求;利于为国家培养更多优秀职业技能人才。进而指出工匠精神视域下高职学生职业素养培育取得的成就,分析工匠精神视域下高职学生职业素养培育存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出相应对策与建议。
Based on the brief description of the connotation of craftsman spirit and the content of professional quality,this paper expounds the significance of Vocational Quality Cultivation of higher vocational students from the perspective of craftsman spirit:give new requirements to vocational quality cultivation of higher vocational students;It is conducive to cultivating more excellent vocational skilled talents for the country.Then it points out the achievements of Vocational Quality Cultivation of higher vocational students from the perspective of craftsman spirit,analyzes the existing problems of Vocational Quality Cultivation of higher vocational students from the perspective of craftsman spirit,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.
