摘要
本文以我国高职院校现代学徒人才培养研究为主线,分别以培训内涵、培训困境及培育路径为切入点,聚焦校企“双主体”育人模式下,积极探索校企合作科学、规范发展的长效机制,建立以学生未来职业发展为中心的现代学徒培养模式。加强专业内涵建设,优化专业课程设置,打造优秀教学团队,形成良好的合作互动互助机制,并以现代学徒制人才本土化培养为落脚点,不断提高高职院校现代学徒制人才培养质量。
Based on the research of modern apprenticeship training in higher vocational colleges in China,this paper actively explores university-enterprise cooperation long-acting mechanism and tries to build a modern apprenticeship training mode based on students'future career development,from the aspects of training content,training predicament and cultivating path within the framework of"double subject"education mode.Through the approach of strengthening the depth of professional construction,optimizing the professional curriculum,and building an excellent teaching team,this research provides insight into forming a good cooperative,interactive and mutual assistance mechanism and constantly improving the quality of modern apprenticeship talents training in higher vocational colleges.
