应用型民办本科院校行政管理工作的现状及改革

近年来,应用型民办本科院校作为教育界不可忽视的中坚力量,在数量及教学质量等方面都有突出进展。应用型民办本科院校行政管理工作聚焦服务于教学与科研等工作,是院校不可或缺的重要组成部分。但是,当前多数应用型民办本科院校普遍存在重视教育工作,忽视行政管理工作的问题。鉴于此,正视行政理念固化、服务意识不足、人才建设欠缺、行政制度建设滞后等行政问题,并尝试从理念创新、管理组织机构改革、制度建设创新等方面开展实践探索推进行政管理改革,力求构建有益于应用型民办本科院校高质量发展及展现院校服务特色的新型行政管理架构。

In recent years,application-oriented private undergraduate colleges have made outstanding progress in terms of quantity and teaching quality as the backbone of the education sector that cannot be ignored.The administrative management work of applied private undergraduate colleges focuses on serving teaching and scientific research,and is an indispensable and important part of colleges.However,most application-oriented private undergraduate colleges and universities generally have the problem of emphasizing education and ignoring administrative management.In view of this,we should face up to administrative problems such as the solidification of administrative concepts,insufficient service awareness,lack of talent construction,and lagging administrative system construction,and try to carry out practical explorations from the aspects of concept innovation,management organization reform,system construction innovation,etc.,to promote administrative reform,and strive to build A new administrative structure that is conducive to the high-quality development of applied private undergraduate colleges and shows the service characteristics of the colleges.
