音乐辅助疗法对重症颅脑损伤患者的应用效果研究

Effect of music assisted therapy on patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的 探讨音乐辅助疗法对重症颅脑损伤患者的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2020年12月台山市人民医院收治的80例重症颅脑损伤患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施音乐辅助疗法,比较2组患者干预后GCS评分>8分、意识清醒、呼唤应答的比率,采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评价2组患者神经功能恢复情况,记录2组患者干预期间生理指标,比较心率加快、呼吸频率增加、血压升高的发生率。结果 干预后,观察组GCS评分>8分、意识清醒、呼唤应答的人数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者清醒时、清醒1周后的MMSE评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心率加快、呼吸频率增加、血压升高的人数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 音乐辅助疗法对重症颅脑损伤患者的应用效果显著,可对生理指标产生影响,促进意识清醒。

Objective To explore the effect of music assisted therapy on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented music assisted therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The rates of GCS score>8,consciousness and call response were compared between the two groups.The neurological recovery of the two groups was evaluated by simple mental state examination scale(MMSE).The physiological indexes of the two groups during the intervention were recorded,and the incidence of accelerated heart rate,increased respiratory rate and increased blood pressure were compared. Results After the intervention,the number of GCS score>8,conscious and call response in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at awake and after 1 week(P<0.05).The number of patients with accelerated heart rate,increased respiratory rate and elevated blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music assisted therapy has a significant effect on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.It can affect the physiological indexes of comatose patients and promote their consciousness.
