乳腺外科微创手术患者手术室的护理配合及预后分析

Nursing cooperation and prognosis analysis of minimally invasive operation room in breast surgery

目的 分析乳腺外科微创手术患者手术室的护理配合及预后。方法 选择武汉市汉口医院2019年8月—2020年8月接诊的60例乳腺外科微创手术患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用手术室护理,比较2组护理前后的应激反应(心率、舒张压、收缩压)、术后各个时间段(术后12 h、24 h、36 h)的疼痛评分、临床指标(手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、住院时间)、患者满意度以及术后并发症情况。结果 护理前,2组心率、舒张压、收缩压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组心率、舒张压、收缩压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后12 h、24 h、36 h的疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺外科微创手术患者给予手术室护理配合可以减轻应激反应,缓解疼痛,改善预后,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation and prognosis of patients with minimally invasive breast surgery in the operating room. Methods 60 cases of minimally invasive breast surgery patients in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given operation room nursing.The stress response(heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure),pain scores at various postoperative periods(12 h,24 h,36 h postoperatively),clinical indicators(operating time,intraoperative blood loss,incision healing)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Time,hospital stay),patient satisfaction and postoperative complications. Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 12h,24h and 36h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,incision healing time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(16.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(40.00%,P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing cooperation in operating room for patients with minimally invasive breast surgery can reduce the stress response of patients,relieve pain and improve prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
