循证支持下针对性护理在肾病综合征患者中的价值分析

Value analysis of targeted nursing under the support of evidence-based in the nursing of nephrotic syndrome

目的 探讨循证支持下针对性护理模式对肾病综合征患者并发症、用药依从性以及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取山东大学齐鲁医院2019年8月—2020年7月期间收治的200例肾病综合征患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组(n=100)患者进行常规护理,观察组(n=100)患者在对照组基础上进行循证支持下针对性护理,比较2组患者并发症发生率、用药依从性以及对护理结果的满意程度。结果 对照组发生感染、静脉血栓栓塞等并发症的患者比例(10.00%)明显高于观察组(3.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的用药依从性(88.00%)显著低于观察组(98.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的护理满意度(91.00%)显著低于观察组(99.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾病综合征患者采用循证支持下针对性护理能有效降低并发症发生率,提升患者的用药依从性以及对护理结果的满意程度。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture nursing model with evidence-based supp ort on complications,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 200 patients with nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected for treatment and observation.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group(n=100)received routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group(n=100)received targeted nursing with evidence-based support on the patients in the control group,The incidence of complications,medication compliance and satisfaction with nursing results were compared between the two groups.Results The total proportion of patients with complications such as infection and venous thromboembolism in the control group(10.00%)was significantly higher than that in the observation group(3.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of patients in the control group(88.00%)was significantly lower than that in the observation group(98.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing results in the control group(91.00%)was significantly lower than that in the observation group(99.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,acupuncture nursing intervention with evidence-based support for patients with nephrotic syndrome can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve drug compliance and satisfaction with nursing results.
