Maitland手法结合悬吊训练对颈源性眩晕的疗效观察

Evaluation of the effect of Maitland manipulation combined with suspension training on patients with source of cervical vertigo

目的:探究Maitland手法结合悬吊训练对颈源性眩晕(SCV)的疗效观察。方法:选取本院收治的SCV患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用Maitland手法治疗,治疗组在对照组之上结合悬吊训练治疗,持续2周,并于治疗前后观察两组ESCV评分、NDI评分、静态平衡的变化情况,比较两组眩晕症状缓解时间、疗效评价,并随访1个月以观察两组复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的ESCV评分、静态平衡能力均明显提高,NDI评分显著降低(P<0.05),且提高和降低程度治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组眩晕症状缓解时间、随访复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),整体疗效和愈显率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Maitland手法结合悬吊训练对SCV患者的临床疗效显著,可快速缓解眩晕,提高颈部功能与平衡能力,降低复发率,远近期疗效确切,优于单纯的Maitland手法治疗。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Maitland’s manipulation combined with suspended training on cervical vertigo(SCV). MMeetthhoodd : Sixty patients with SCV were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 cases) and a control group(30cases). The control group was treated with Maitland manipulation, and the treatment group was combined with suspension training on the basis of control group. The two groups continued treatment for 2 weeks. The changesof ESCV score, NDI score and static balance of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The relief time of vertigo symptoms and the evaluation of curative effect were compared between the two groups, and the recurrence of the two groups was observed after follow up for 1 month.Results: After treatment, the ESCV score and static balance abilities of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the NDI score was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the improvement and reduction degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The relief time and recurrence rate of vertigo symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), while the overall curative effect and the recovery rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). CCoonncclluussiioonn : Maitland manipulation combined with suspension training has a significant clinical effect on SCV patients, which can quickly relieve vertigo, improve neck function and balance ability, and reduce recurrence rate. It has a definite effect in the near future and is superior to Maitland manipulation alone.
