王昊教授治疗乳腺癌术后虚证经验

Professor Wang Hao’s experience in treating postoperative deficiency syndrome of breast cancer

介绍王昊教授运用中医药治疗乳腺癌术后虚证的辨证及用药经验。王昊教授认为乳腺癌术后虚证可分为气血不足、气阴两虚、肝肾亏损、肝郁脾虚、气虚血瘀五个证型。针对不同证型,运用归脾汤、沙参麦冬汤、六味地黄丸、逍遥散、桃红四物汤的临证加减,实施了有效的治疗。

This paper introduces professor Wang Hao’s experience in using TCM to treat postoperative deficiency syndrome of breast cancer. Professor Wang Hao believes that postoperative deficiency syndrome of breast cancer can be divided into five types:deficiency of Qi and blood, deficiency of Qi and Yin, deficiency of liver and kidney, liver depression, spleen deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis. For different syndrome types,effective treatment was carried out by using the clinical syndrome addition and subtraction of Guipi Decoction, Shashen Ophiopogon decoction, Liuwei Dihuang pill, Xiaoyao Powder and Taohong Siwu Decoction.
