基于学术会议志愿服务的研究生人才培养探索

Exploration of Postgraduate Talent Training Based on Academic Conference Voluntary Service

新一轮研究生教育改革要求研究生教育要注重服务社会能力的培养,因此有必要创造机会让研究生认识社会、接触社会。有计划地动员研究生参与学术会议的筹备及举办等各项志愿服务工作,是一个非常好的实践途径。文章首先指出学术会议对研究生培养的重要意义,其次介绍中国民航大学电子信息与自动化学院研究生参与学术会议志愿者服务工作情况,并说明学术会议流程及主要内容,最后简述研究生参与学术会议志愿服务工作内容及收获。

The new round of graduate education reform requires that graduate education should pay attention to the cultivation of social service ability.Therefore,it is necessary to create opportunities for graduate students to understand and contact the society.It is a very good practical way to systematically mobilize graduate students to participate in various voluntary services such as the preparation and holding of academic conferences.This paper first points out the significance of academic conferences to the cultivation of graduate students,then introduces the participation of graduate students in the volunteer service of academic conferences in the school of electronic information and automation of Civil Aviation University of China,explains the process and main contents of academic conferences,and finally briefly describes the contents and achievements of graduate students'participation in the volunteer service of academic conferences.
