摘要
首先对多元分类的高等工程教育评价指标进行概述,然后以学生竞赛获奖表现为工作创新的突破口,运用精益管理思想提出多元分类的高等工程教育评价指标视角下高校辅导员工作创新的具体途径。即厘清学科竞赛能力素质,构建融合“能力培养-专业课程-学科竞赛”为一体的竞赛组织模式;厘清学科竟賽组织周期,构建“精准化、菜单式、可选择”的科创竞赛体系;利用辅导员宣传动员优势,开展科创竞赛项目文件的可视化轻量化工作;分析学生竞赛能力特征。建立科制竞赛人才资源池;分析学校科创竞赛组织需求,创建“师-生-项目‘三选会’”资源关享模式;加强辅导员自身对专业行业的认知,形成“教、育、学”的育人合力。
Firstly this paper summarizes the multi lasisication evaluation indicators of higher engineering education,and then takes the performance of winning awards in student competitions as the breakthrough of work innovation.Using the idea of lean management,this paper puts forward the specifie ways of work innovation of ollege counselors from the perspective of multi cassfcation evaluation indicators of higher engneeing education.That is to clarify the ability and quality of subject compeition and build a competion organization model interating"biliy training-proessional courses-subjet competition";clarify the organization eycle of diseipline competition and build a"precise,menu and optional"science and innovation compeition system;make use of the advantages of counselors'publicity and mobilization to carry out the visual and lightweight work of scienifiec and technological innovation competition project documents;analyze the characteristics of students'competition ability and establish a talent resource pool for science and innovation competition;analyze the organizational needs of the school's science and innovation competition,and create a resource sharing mode of"teacher student project'three choices";strengthen the counselor's own understanding of the professional industry and form an educational joint fore of"teaching,education and learning".
