校企合作视域下中职会计实践教学现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Accounting Practice Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of School Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作是职业教育办学的基本模式,是培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的内在要求,也是办好职业教育的关键所在。校企合作视域下的中职会计教学质量明显提升,中职会计学生就业率明显提高,但在实践教学中仍然存在一些问题亟待解决,如教学模式单一、理论与实践结合不紧密等。文章从校企合作的概述入手,明确中职会计实践教学采用校企合作模式的意义,分析校企合作视域下中职会计实践教学存在的问题,提出校企合作视域下中职会计实践教学改进策略。

School enterprise cooperation is the basic mode of vocational education.It is not only the internal requirement of cultivating high-quality workers and technical talents,but also the key to running vocational education well.From the perspective of school enterprise cooperation,the quality of secondary vocational accounting teaching has been significantly improved,and the employment rate of secondary vocational accounting students has been significantly improved.However,there are still some problems to be solved in practical teaching,such as the single teaching mode,the loose combination of theory and practice and so on.Starting with the overview of school enterprise cooperation,this paper defines the significance of adopting school enterprise cooperation mode in secondary vocational accounting practice teaching,analyzes the problems existing in secondary vocational accounting practice teaching from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the improvement strategies of secondary vocational accounting practice teaching from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation.
