摘要
共价负载型催化剂由于具有良好的热稳定性、循环利用性和长期催化活性,在乙烯齐聚领域具有潜在的应用前景。本文通过将Schiff碱亚胺镍有机配合物共价接枝到二氧化硅上,制备一类负载型过渡金属催化剂,并研究其催化乙烯齐聚性能,结果表明,以环己烷为溶剂,MAO为助催化剂时,该类负载型催化剂具有良好的乙烯齐聚活性和C_(6)烯烃选择性;当Al/Ni比为700、主催化剂用量为5 μmol、反应温度为35 ℃、反应压力为0.5 MPa、反应时间为30 min时,催化活性可达2.98×10^(6)g·(mol Ni·h)^(-1),C_(6)烯烃的选择性为92.27%,且该催化剂具有良好的稳定性和循环利用性。
Covalently supported catalysts have potential applications in the field of ethylene oligomerization due to their good thermal stability,recyclability and long-term catalytic activity.In this paper,a class of supported transition metal catalysts was prepared by covalently grafting Schiff base imine-nickel organic complexes onto silica,and their catalytic performance for ethylene oligomerization was investigated.When the Al/Ni ratio is 700,the main catalyst dosage is 5 μmol,the reaction temperature is 35 ℃,the reaction pressure is 0.5 MPa,and the reaction time is 30 min,the catalytic activity can reach 2.98×10^(6)g·(mol Ni·h)^(-1),The selectivity of C_(6) olefin is 92.27%,and the catalyst has good stability and recyclability.
