胎胚输送机械手轻量化改造应用

摘要 随着新材料新工艺的发展进步,原来的钢结构设备对比之下能耗高、故障率高、维护费用高等“三高”弊端逐渐显现出来。因此,很多企业的新设备也开始逐步探索使用新材料和新工艺,如各个车企的轻量化发动机及车体已经发展的比较成熟了,但是这对于原有的钢结构设备一直是一个痛点,会涉及设备兼容性及稳定性还有成本的经济性,本文讲述的就是胎胚输送机械手关键钢构件的轻量化改造探索及推广应用。 With the development of new materials and new processes,the disadvantages of the original steel structure equipment,such as high relative energy consumption,high failure rate and high maintenance cost,gradually emerged.Therefore,the new equipment of many enterprises has also begun to gradually use new materials and new processes.For example,the lightweight engines and car bodies of various car companies have developed relatively maturely.However,this has always been a problem for the original steel structure equipment,which will involve equipment compatibility and stability as well as cost issues.This paper discusses the lightweight transformation and popularization and application of the key steel components of the green tire conveying manipulator.
