摘要
采用冷压成型-高温烧结的方法制备了短切碳纤维(SCF)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)改性的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料,探究不同的模压工艺对PEEK基复合材料的影响,结果表明:提高保温时间和成型温度可以增加材料的力学性能,使材料结合紧密,充分熔融,进而提高材料的承载能力,使材料的摩擦学性能提升。当参数到达一定值时材料的性能温度下来。最终得出了360 ℃,30 min为最佳的模压工艺参数。
In this paper,chopped carbon fiber (SCF) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) modified polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composites were prepared by cold pressing and high temperature sintering.The effects of different molding processes on PEEK-based composites were explored.The results show that increasing the holding time and molding temperature can increase the mechanical properties of the material,make the material bond tightly and fully melt,thereby improving the bearing capacity of the material and improving the friction performance of the material.When the parameters reach a certain value,the properties of the material stabilize.Finally,the optimal molding process parameters were obtained as 360 ℃ and 30 min.
