摘要 本文介绍了硫化体系与工艺对丁腈手套性能的影响。研究了硫化体系中硫磺、氧化锌、促进剂不同用量对丁腈手套性能的影响,以及对不同结构的促进剂和硫化工艺条件对丁腈手套性能的影响。结果表明:硫磺、氧化锌和促进剂随着用量的增加,丁腈手套的拉伸强度会逐渐增大并达到平衡,断裂伸长率会逐渐降低;不同结构的促进剂对丁腈手套性能也有一定程度的影响,硫化工艺在一定条件下对丁腈手套的性能影响会小一些。 This paper introduces the effect of vulcanization system and process on the performance of nitrile gloves.The effects of different dosages of sulfur,zinc oxide and accelerator on the properties of nitrile gloves in the vulcanization system,as well as the effects of accelerators with different structures and vulcanization process conditions on the properties of nitrile gloves were studied.The results show that the tensile strength of nitrile gloves will gradually increase and reach equilibrium with the increase of the amount of sulfur,zinc oxide and accelerator,and the elongation at break will gradually decrease.Accelerators with different structures also have a certain influence on the performance of nitrile gloves,and the vulcanization process will have less impact on the performance of nitrile gloves under certain conditions.
