隔分筒形体要素可行性分析与注塑模结构设计

摘要 通过对隔分筒形体要素的可行性分析,找出了影响模具结构的凹坑、弓形高“障碍体”要素和凸台形式的加强筋、型孔与圆筒要素及同轴度要求。隔分筒在模具中摆放形式,存在着竖立和横卧2种的摆放位置,由此存在2种模具结构方案。方案一需要采用2处斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,方案二需要采用1种左右斜滑块顶管抽芯兼脱模机构。因方案二对隔分筒加工的外观性好,并能确保三处圆柱体同轴度的要求。方案二为最佳优化模具结构方案,设计的注塑模能加工出优质的隔分筒。注塑模结构的设计,必须要进行注塑件形体要素和模具结构方案的可行性分析,在找到最佳优化模具结构方案后,才能确保模具结构设计的成功。 Through the analysis of the feasibility of dividing the partitioned cylindrical body elements,the concave,arcuate and high "obstacle body" elements that affect the mold structure,the reinforcing ribs in the form of bosses,the elements of the hole and the cylinder,and the coaxiality requirements were found.There are two ways of placing the partition cylinder in the mold,vertical and horizontal,so there are two kinds of mold structure solutions.Scheme 1 requires 2 inclined guide pillar sliding block core pulling mechanisms,and scheme 2 requires 1 left and right inclined sliding block pipe jacking core pulling and demoulding mechanism.Scheme 2 has a good appearance for the processing of the partition cylinder,and can ensure the 3 requirements of the cylinders coaxiality.Scheme 2 is the best optimized mold structure scheme,and the designed injection mold can process high-quality partition cylinders.In the design of the injection mold structure,the feasibility analysis of the shape elements for the injection molded parts and the mold structure scheme must be carried out.After finding the best optimized mold structure scheme,the success of the mold structure design can be ensured.
