The Elements,Significance and Path of Entrepreneurship Ethics Education in Colleges and Universities

首先,对高校创业伦理教育的内涵进行界定,并分析了高校创业伦理教育的要素;其次,阐述了高校创业伦理教育具有的重要现实意义;再次,分析了当前高校创业伦理教育存在的问题;最后,针对存在的问题,提出高校应从完善创业教育体系、融合专业课程教育、结合多种教育方法、创建良好创业生态环境等方面,培养大学生创业者正确的创业伦理认知和决策。

Firstly,this paper defines the connotation of entrepreneurship ethics education in colleges and universities,and analyzes the relevant elements.Secondly,it expounds the practical significance of entrepreneurship ethics education in colleges and universities.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems existing in the current entrepreneurship ethics education in colleges and universities.Finally,it proposes that colleges and universities should improve the entrepreneurship education system,integrate professional curriculum education,combine a variety of educational methods and create a good entrepreneurship ecological environment so as to cultivate college students’ entrepreneurial ethics cognition and decision-making abilities.
