摘要
人力资本的创新性、异质性等特征以及“干中学”效应能够对全球价值链地位攀升产生积极影响。本文对世界投入产出表中42个经济体2000-2014年的数据进行实证检验后发现,在将金融发展、制度质量、贸易开放度、全要素生产水平及外商投资依次逐步控制后,人力资本对全球价值链地位攀升的积极作用依旧显著。
The innovation and heterogeneity of human capital and the “learning by doing” effect can have a positive impact on the rise of the status of the global value chain.This paper empirically tests the data of 42 economies in the world input-output table from 2000 to 2014.It is found that after gradually controlling the financial development,institutional quality,trade openness,total factor production level and foreign investment in turn,the positive role of human capital in the climb of global value chain status is still significant.
