我国光热发电产业发展特征、瓶颈及政策建议 被引量:2

摘要 光热发电是集光热转换发电、大规模储热和电网同步机特性,于一身的可再生能源发电方式。我国光热发电产业链在首批示范项目的推动下,已初步建立,在满足国内需求的同时,光热发电产品开始走向国际市场。但是当前国内光热发电产业还面临市场规模有限、技术装备水平有待提升、成本高、缺乏有效政策接续等问题。光热发电亟需稳定的政策,保障产业的持续稳步发展,以促使成本下降。建议从价格政策、科技创新资金支持、多能互补一体化建设等方面,予以支持。 Concentrating solar-thermal power(CSP)integrates the characteristics of solar thermal conversion power generation,large-scale heat storage and grid synchronizing machines.China has been initially established CSP industry chain under the promotion of the first batch of demonstration projects.While meeting domestic demand,CSP products have begun to enter the international market.However,the domestic CSP industry still faces problems such as limited market scale,to be improved technical equipment level,high cost,and lack of effective policy continuity.CSP urgently needs stable policies to ensure the continuous and steady industry development to promote cost reduction.It is recommended to provide support from power price policies,financial support for technological innovation,and multienergy complementary integration construction.
