多维度城市更新探索——沈阳沈海热电厂及东贸库地块设计思考

Multidimensional urban renewal:research of Shenyang Shenhai Thermal Power Plant and Dongmaoku Warehouses Block

结合沈海热电厂及东贸库地块的设计实践,以形式上的同构、功能上的异质来雕饰不同年代的记忆。面对多元素复杂系统,提出了织补生态空间短板、激发城市文化复兴、促进形成完整社区三大理念,在生态、文化、社会三者复杂性的解题中,从空间平权的角度出发,寻求融合互促的设计策略,完成多维度的城市更新。

Combined with the design practice of Shenhai Thermal Power Plant and Dongmao Warehouses Block,this paper sculpts the memory of different ages with isomorphism in form and heterogeneity in function.Facing the multi-element complex system,this paper puts forward three concepts of mending the short board of ecological space,stimulating the revival of urban culture,and promoting the formation of a complete community.In solving the problems of ecological,cultural and social complexity,the method of integration and mutual promotion is found to achieve the spatial equality and complete the weaving of urban space-time.
