我国是全球最大的铜生产国和消费国,铜冶炼工艺技术也处于国际领先水平。本文主要总结了近年来国内外粗铜富氧火法熔炼新技术,从投资、环保、能源利用效率、操控性等方面分析和论述了各工艺的优缺点,并结合我国粗铜富氧火法熔炼工艺特点,对铜冶炼行业的发展提出了建议。

China is the largest producer and consumer of copper around the world,copper smelting technology is in the international leading level.This paper mainly introduced new domestic and foreign techniques of oxygen-enriched pyrometallurgy of blister copper in recent years,whose advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and discussed from the aspects of investment,environmental protection,energy utilization efficiency and maneuverability.Combined with the features of blister copper oxygen-enriched pyrometallurgy,this paper put forward some suggestionson development of copper smelting industry.
