根据铁路运输货运上量的目标要求,近年来铁路运量大幅度上升,新线路逐步开通。为满足生产需要,近几年机务系统新入职人员大幅增加,机车乘务员队伍、班组长队伍逐步年轻化,行车经验不足,施工频繁,非正常行车越来越多。为切实保障机务行车安全有序,满足运输需要,乌鲁木齐机务段针对常态化施工的现状,结合机务系统行车安全管理,通过提前谋划和风险排查,将风险关口前移,弥补短板,严格执行现场盯控制度,确保行车安全。

According to the target requirements of railway freight volume growth,in recent years,the railway traffic volume has increased substantially,and new lines have been gradually opened.In order to meet the production needs,the number of new recruits in the locomotive maintenance system has increased substantially in recent years,and the team of locomotive attendants and team leaders has gradually become younger,with insufficient driving experience,frequent construction,and more and more abnormal driving.In order to effectively ensure the locomotive driving safety,meet the transportation needs,in view of the current situation of normalized construction,Urumqi Locomotive Depot,combined with the driving safety management of locomotive system,moved the risk gate forward through advance planning and risk investigation,made up for the shortcomings,strictly implemented the on-site monitoring and control,and ensured the driving safety.
