热泵精馏技术应用于环己烷精制工艺的节能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文将热泵精馏技术应用于某企业橡胶装置环己烷精制工艺节能改进,并采用Aspen Plus对工艺进行分析。通过对比环己烷精制工艺关键操作参数的实际值与模拟值,验证了模型的准确性;采用热力学分析方法研究了热泵精馏技术应用于环己烷精制工艺的可行性;此外,对热泵精馏技术改进工艺的节能性和经济性进行了评估。研究结果表明:环己烷精制工艺经热泵精馏技术改进后,综合能耗相对节能率约为23.57%,年节省标油量约为582.72 t;预计投资回收周期约为0.75年,节能效果和经济性良好。 Heat pump distillation technology was applied to improve energy saving of cyclohexane refining process in a rubber unit of an enterprise in this paper,and Aspen Plus is used to analyze the process.The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the actual and simulated values of key operating parameters in cyclohexane refining process.The feasibility of applying heat pump distillation technology to cyclohexane refining process was studied by using thermodynamic analysis method.In addition,the energy saving and economy of the improved heat pump technology are evaluated.The results show that the relative energy saving rate of the cyclohexane refining process improved by heat pump distillation technology is about 23.57%,and the annual standard oil saving is about 582.72 t.The investment recovery cycle is expected to be about 0.75 years,and the energy saving effect and economy are good.
