在当今的市场条件下,由于企业内外环境的复杂性、人们的认知滞后和思维的某些局限性,金融风险普遍存在于每个企业中。优化企业内部管理和控制,降低财务风险已成为管理者越来越关心的问题。现金流量是企业生产、经营与发展的血脉,就如人体的血液循环一般,如果人体血液流通不畅就会给人的健康带来严重的影响。企业的现金流量可以在一定程度上识别财务风险,因此需对企业的现金流量进行管理以便于规避财务风险,对其实行防范与控制。

In today’s market condition,due to the uncertainty of macro economy,the complexity of internal and external environment of enterprises,and people’s cognitive lag and some limitations of thinking,financial risks generally exist in every enterprise.To optimize the internal management and control of enterprises and reduce financial risks have become more and more concerned by managers.Cash flow is the blood of enterprise production,operation and development,just like our blood circulation;if the blood circulation is not smooth,it will bring serious impact on people’s health.The cash flow of enterprises can identify financial risks to a certain extent,so we can manage the cash flow of enterprises in order to avoid financial risks,and implement prevention and control.
