摘要
介绍了聚乳酸/二氧化钛复合材料阻隔性能方面的研究进展,详细阐述了二氧化钛对聚乳酸复合材料的光屏蔽性能和水氧阻隔性能影响的研究现状,从控制结晶度和改变渗透路径方面分析了阻隔性能的调控机理,讨论了阻隔调控对复合材料透明度、力学性能和抗菌性能的影响。此外,从纳米填料在聚合物基体中分散性角度对复合材料阻隔性能的进一步改善提出了建议。
The research progress of the barrier properties of polylactic acid/titanium dioxide composites was introduced,and the effects of titanium dioxide on the light shielding property and water-oxygen barrier property of polylactic acid was described in detail.The regulation mechanism of the barrier properties were analyzed from controlling the crystallinity and changing the permeation path.The effects of barrier regulation on the transparency,mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the composites were discussed.In addition,the suggestions for further improvement of the barrier properties were proposed from the perspective of dispersion of nano fillers in polymer matrix.
