摘要
近几年频发的实验室安全事故大多缘于管理人员没能及时掌握实验室环境的变化,鉴于此,设计了一种实验室环境监测系统。系统采用“云-管-端”架构,以STM32F103C8T6为主控芯片,通过主控芯片的串口和中国移动M5311通信模组将实验室环境数据上传至中国移动OneNET云平台,并接收云平台下发的操作命令。实验室现场测试发现,该系统运行稳定,数据传输准确率高,能为实验室的安全运行提供良好的支持。
A laboratory environment monitoring system with“cloud-network-terminal”framework was designed in view of the fact that frequent laboratory accidents in recent years mostly result from the failure of managerial staff to keep abreast of changes in laboratory environment. After uploading the laboratory environment data onto OneNET,the cloud platform of China Mobile,through the serial ports of master control chip STM32F103C8T6 and through the communication modules M5311 of China Mobile,the system received the operation commands from the platform. Field tests showed that the system ran stably and the data were transmitted accurately,providing good support for safe laboratory operation.
