新时代劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设研究

On the Integration of Labor Education into Campus Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

在新时代“五育”并举的教育方针指引下,劳动教育是现行教育体系中亟须加强的一个重要环节。劳动教育与职业教育相伴共生,依托高职校园文化开展劳动教育既是必要的,也是可行的。将劳动教育融入高职校园文化建设可从物质文化、精神文化、行为文化、制度文化4个方面入手。

Under the guidance of the policy of simultaneous development of“five domains of education”in the new era, labor education is an important part that needs to be strengthened in the existing education system. As labor education goes hand in hand with vocational education,it is feasible as well as necessary to launch labor education through campus culture in higher vocational colleges,which can be promoted by constructing the culture of material,spirit,behavior and institution.
