负性生活事件与应对方式对大学生生命意义感的影响

The Impact of Negative Life Events and Coping Style on College Students’ Sense of Life Meaning

采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和生命意义感量表(MLQ)对757名大学生进行调查。结果显示:不同性别、不同生源地区大学生在负性生活事件、应对方式、生命意义感上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);负性生活事件与生命意义感、积极应对方式之间均呈负相关(r值范围为-0.16~-0.08,P<0.05);中介模型检验表明,负性生活事件对意义存在和意义追寻有直接负向影响,效应值分别为-0.17、-0.21,直接效应量合计为50.67%;负性生活事件通过积极应对方式间接影响意义存在和意义追寻,路径值分别为-0.17、-0.20,中介效应量合计为49.33%。因此,负性生活事件能直接影响大学生的生命意义感,也能通过积极应对方式间接影响意义存在和意义追寻。

757 college students were surveyed by using ASLEC(Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Checklist),SCSQ(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire)and MLQ(Meaning in Life Questionnaire). The results showed that the differences in negative life events,coping styles and senses of life meaning among college students of different genders and from different birth regions were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a negative correlation of negative life events with sense of life meaning and with coping style respectively(r value ranging from-0.16~-0.08,P<0.05). The mediation model test showed that meaning existence and meaning seeking were directly and negatively influenced by negative life events with respective effect value being-0.17 and-0.21 and direct effects amounting to 50.67%,and that they are indirectly affected by negative life events through positive coping style with respective path value being-0.17 and-0.20 and mediating effects amounting to 49.33%.Therefore,while negative life events can directly influence college students’ sense of life meaning,they can indirectly affect meaning existence and meaning seeking through positive coping style.
