分布式调相机在特高压交直流混联电网的配置研究 被引量:5

摘要 1000kV潇湘一赣江特高压交流双回线路投运后,湖南电网暂态电压稳定特性有明显提升,但由于电源建设与负荷增长的不匹配,在丰水期和大负荷时段湖南电网依然存在电压稳定问题,分布式调相机可为系统提供较强的转动惯量和快速无功支撑,是解决受端电网电压稳定问题的重要技术手段。首先开展调相机布点在湘中和湘南的不同变电站内、不同电压等级的暂态电压支撑效果对比研究,分析得出调相机在湖南电网的最优配置方案。在华中特高压交流环网投运后,新增调相机可以改善电网暂态电压稳定水平、释放火电机组旋备和替代火电机组开机,提升祁韶直流送电能力、湖南省整体供电能力、清洁能源消纳能力和电网运行方式灵活性。 After the operation of 1000 kV Xiaoxiang-Ganjiang UHV AC double circuit line,the transient voltage stability characteristics of Hunan power grid have been significantly improved.However,due to the mismatch between power supply construction and load growth,there are still voltage stability problems in Hunan power grid in wet and heavy load periods.Distributed synchronous condenser can provide strong moment of inertia and fast reactive power support for the system,and it is an important technical means to solve the problem of voltage stability of the receiving end power grid.Firstly,this paper compares the transient voltage support effects of different voltage levels in different substations in central and southern Hunan,and obtains the optimal configuration scheme of the condenser in Hunan power grid.Then it is proved that after the central China UHV AC loop network is put into operation,the new condenser can improve the transient voltage stability level of the power grid,release the standby of thermal power units and replace the startup of thermal power units,so as to play a great role in improving the Qi-Shao DC power transmission capacity,the overall power supply capacity of the whole province,the clean energy consumption capacity and the flexibility of power grid operation mode.
