摘要
碳达峰和碳中和的背景下,传统配电系统向新型配电系统转变的过程中出现诸多挑战,其中分布式光伏的接入改变了配电网电源单一、潮流单向的特性,传统电流保护和重合闸方法不能适应“源网荷储”一体化的新型配电系统。通过简化含分布式光伏的配电网拓扑结构,总结分布式光伏与故障的相对位置关系。基于对不同故障类型下的电压电流暂态特性的分析,评估继电保护受影响程度。RTDS建模仿真验证了分布式光伏对继电保护影响的分析结果,最后提出了方向保护和整定值修改的方法来提高继电保护的可靠性。
Under the circumstance of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,various of challenges appear during conversion from conventional distribution system to new distribution system.The access of distributed photovoltaic(PV)changes the characteristic of single source and unidirectional power flow in distribution network.Current protection and reclosing can not longer adapt to new distribution system which integrates source,grid,load and storage.Based on the simplified topology of distribution network with distributed PV,the relative position between PV and fault is assorted.The impact on relay protection is evaluated via analyzing the transient characteristic of voltage and current under different types of fault.Modeling and simulation on RTDS validate the proposed analysis of impact,lastly methods as directional protection and setting value modifying are proposed to improve the reliability of relay protection.
