能源安全问题始终是我国能源发展与转型过程中需要关注的核心问题,也是能源化工产业的首要任务。“双循环”新发展格局的构建以及“双碳”目标的提出,推动我国的能源转型进入了新阶段,未来将面临更加复杂的形势。在新形势下,我国的能源安全问题既要重视传统的供应安全,尤其要加强对天然气供应安全问题的关注;又要重视国际政治经济等各类风险升高给能源进口通道安全带来的挑战;同时还要认识到,能源转型和能源系统演进节奏加快将使能源安全的内涵进一步扩容,“双碳”目标要求下的环境安全、高比例可再生电力系统的运行安全、能源成本上升势能带来的经济安全等问题,都将成为能源发展过程中需要解决好的关键问题。未来,我国的能源转型将继续坚定不移地推进,解决好上述能源安全问题,是实现能源体系稳健发展和高质量转型的必要条件。
