某型APU供油管道模态分析

摘要 为了探究APU供油管道的振动特性,首先利用SolidWorks软件对某型号APU供油管道进行等比例建模,并在ANSYS DM模块中进行流体填充,然后导入Workbench软件中Fluent模块进行流体仿真计算,最后将流体计算结果导入静力学模块Static Structural,计算流固耦合状态下供油导管的模态,得到前六阶固有频率和振型,结果显示管道在弯曲部变形最大。研究结果可为APU管道设计及优化提供参考。 In order to explore the vibration characteristics of APU oil supply pipeline,SolidWorks was firstly adopted to model an APU oil supply pipeline at the same scale,and the fluid was filled in ANSYS DM module,and the Fluent module in Workbench was imported for fluid simulation calculation,then the calculation results were imported into the Static Structural module to calculate the modes of the oil supply pipeline under the fluid-structure coupling state,and finally,the first six natural frequencies and modes of vibration were obtained.The results showed that the largest deformation of the pipe was at the bending part,and hopefully it can provide useful reference for APU pipeline design and optimization.
