基于设备共享远程塔台过渡方案设计研究

摘要 为了解决传统塔台向远程塔台过渡的安全保障技术难点,结合民航局远程塔台试点工作要求,通过甚高频地空通信电台的两种音频接口并行工作,利用光纤KVM整合各类终端计算机资源,基于设备共享实现管制许可在传统塔台和各类远程塔台之间切换。该方案避免重复建设、实现平稳过渡,满足过渡期管制许可频繁切换的安全运行需求,具有灵活高效的特点,为实现民航强国目标、输出“中国方案”提供契机。 In order to solve difficulties of safety endurance technology transiting from a conventional tower to a remote tower,according to the requirements of the civil aviation administration of remote tower pilot work,VHF ground-to-air radio communication of two kinds of audio interfaces was designed to work in parallel,and optical fiber KVM was used to integrate all kinds of terminal computer resources to realize the switching of control clearance between conventional towers and all kinds of remote control towers with equipment sharing.This scheme can avoid repeated construction,achieve smooth transition,and meet the needs of safe operation with frequent switching of control clearance during the transition period.Being flexible and efficient,the scheme can help realize the goal of a civil aviation power and share "China scheme".
