摘要
为了分析O形密封圈容差间隙与密封性能关系,针对孔轴配合形式的转动接头,利用本构试验数据仿真O形密封圈的密封性能,分析不同配合间隙下密封偶合面之间的压力分布,得出密封偶合面处密封圈的接触应力分布与工作介质压力之间的关系,以得到在强度试验压力下的密封容差极限。仿真结果表明配合间隙为0.2 mm时密封产品不能满足强度试验压力密封。结合实物试验验证,最终将密封容差上限定为0.14 mm,既有效地保证了产品修理质量,又节省修理成品。这一针对孔轴配合形式的密封容差容限研究方法对研究孔轴类产品密封容差容限提供一定参考。
In order to analyze the relation between tolerance clearance and sealing performance of O-ring seal,for the hole shaft with forms of rotating joint,the constitutive experiment data is used to simulate O-ring seal performance,and the pressure distribution between sealing coupling surfaces under different mating clearance was analyzed.The relation between the contact stress distribution of the sealing ring and the pressure of the working medium at the sealing coupling surface is obtained,as well as the sealing tolerance limit under the strength test pressure.The simulation results show that the sealing products cannot bear the strength test pressure seal when the fit clearance is 0.2 mm,while when the upper limit of sealing tolerance is set as 0.14 mm,it can not only effectively guarantee the quality of product repair,but also save the finished product repair.This method can provide some reference for studying the sealing tolerance and tolerance of hole shaft products.
