高职新生心理健康状况分析及对策研究——基于北京政法职业学院心理普查数据

Analysis and Countermeasures on Mental Health Status of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on Psychological Census Data from Beijing College of Politics and Law

通过对近三年北京政法职业学院高职新生的心理健康普查数据进行分析,我们全面了解学生的心理健康发展状况,明确学生存在的心理问题,根据心理普查结果,给予及时的干预和指导,做好心理档案建立、心理课程的优化、心理健康教师团队的建设工作,希望为提升高职院校心理健康教育工作的开展提供一定的借鉴作用。

This paper analyzes the mental health census data of higher vocational freshmen in Beijing College of Politics and Law in the past three years,comprehensively understands the mental health development status of students,identifies the psychological problems existing in students,and provides timely intervention and guidance according to the results of the psychological census.By doing a good job in the establishment of psychological files,the optimization of psychological courses,and the construction of mental health teacher teams,it is hoped to provide a certain reference for improving the development of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.
