摘要
围产期是奶牛的一个应激时期,内质网应激作为细胞对不利刺激的适应性反应,存在于围产期奶牛乳腺中。本文围绕围产期奶牛乳腺组织中的内质网应激进行综述,阐述了内质网应激影响奶牛乳腺泌乳的机制,并从能量负平衡、钙稳态失衡、氧化应激、疾病因素几个方面分析了可能导致乳腺发生内质网应激的原因,以期为围产期奶牛乳腺的健康调控提供指导。
The perinatal period is a critical and stressful period for dairy cows.Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS),as an adaptive response of cells to unfavorable conditions and stimuli,exists in dairy cows in the perinatal period.This article reviews the progress in research on ERS in the mammary gland of perinatal dairy cows,focusing on clarifying the effects of endoplasmic reticulum stress on the lactation of perinatal cows and analyzing the reasons for ERS in the mammary gland from the aspects of negative energy balance,calcium dyshomeostasis,oxidative stress and disease factors.
