摘要
现有异步电动机参数辨识方法只是对异步电动机本身参数进行辨识,忽略了异步电动机所带负载部分参数。提出了一种异步电动机机泵一体化参数辨识算法。该算法在辨识异步电动机本身参数的前提下,辨识出泵类负载相关参数,实现了异步电动机与泵类负载一体化辨识。通过粒子群优化算法,可以准确有效地对异步电动机的6个等效参数进行辨识,同时能够辨识出泵类负载参数。算例证明该算法的有效性。
The existing parameter identification methods of asynchronous motors only identify the parameters of the asynchronous motors themselves,ignoring some parameters of the load carried by the asynchronous motors.An integrated parameter identification algorithm is proposed for asynchronous motors and pumps.Under the premise of identifying the parameters of the asynchronous motor itself,the algorithm identifies the relevant parameters of the pump load,and realizes the integrated identification of the asynchronous motor and the pump load.Through the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the six equivalent parameters of the asynchronous motor can be identified accurately and effectively,and at the same time,the pump load parameters can be identified.An example proves the effectiveness of the algorithm.
