摘要 为了配合居民区或办公区内电动汽车智能充电网络优化的调度,从充电桩的角度出发,研制了一款基于STM32F407芯片动态有序调节功率输出的单相交流充电桩控制系统。主要包括改进型的控制导引电路、车辆唤醒检测电路和4G通信网络模块电路等。采用RT-Thread实时操作系统开发控制系统软件程序,给出详细设计流程和充电控制方法,通过样机实验数据波形验证及实际工程应用,所设计的单相交流有序充电桩控制系统具备响应运营平台下发的有序充电策略,实时调节CP线上的PWM占空比,达到控制车辆车载充电电流的目的,动态调节输出功率,能够引导电动汽车进行有序充电,起到了平衡区域内电网用电秩序的作用。 In order to coordinate with the intelligent charging network optimization scheduling of electric vehicles in residential areas or office areas,a single-phase AC charging pile control system based on STM32F407 chip was developed from the point of view of charging piles to dynamically and orderly adjust the power output.It mainly includes improved control guidance circuit,vehicle wake up detection circuit and 4G communication network circuit.The RT-Thread real-time operating system software program control system,gives the detailed design process and charging control method,through the prototype experiment waveform data validation and practical engineering application,the design of single-phase ac control system has the response orderly charging pile orderly operation platform issued by charging strategy,to real-time adjust the PWM duty cycle of the CP line,To control the size of the vehicle charging current,dynamically adjust the output power,can guide the orderly charging of electric vehicles,balance the power consumption order of the power grid in the region.
