宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产的临床效果

Clinical effect of cervical dilatation balloon combined with oxytocin on induction of labor for full-term pregnancy

目的探讨宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产的临床效果。方法抽取枣庄市妇幼保健院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的74例足月妊娠引产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组37例。对照组应用缩宫素引产,观察组应用宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素引产。比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、诱发临产时间、引产成功率、剖宫产率及产后并发症发生率。结果观察组促宫颈成熟效果为94.59%(35/37),高于对照组的72.97%(27/37),引产成功率为91.89%(34/37),高于对照组的70.27%(26/37);诱发临产时间为(12.05±4.25)h,剖宫产率为8.11%(3/37),均低于对照组的(18.54±5.16)h、35.14%(13/37),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组产后并发症发生率为8.11%(3/37),低于对照组的32.43%(12/37),P<0.05。结论足月妊娠引产产妇在采用缩宫素的同时应用宫颈扩张球囊进行引产,一方面能促进宫颈成熟,提高引产成功率,另一方面可缩短诱发临产时间,降低剖宫产率与产后并发症率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical dilation balloon combined with oxytocin on induction of labor for full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 74 full-term pregnant women who were admitted to Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin to induce labor,while the observation group was given cervical dilation balloon combined with oxytocin to induce labor.The effect of promoting cervical ripening,time of inducing labor,success rate of labor induction,rate of cesarean section,and incidence of postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of promoting cervical ripening in the observation group was 94.59%(35/37),higher than 72.97%(27/37)in the control group,and the success rate of labor induction in the observation group was 91.89%(34/37),higher than 70.27%(26/37)in the control group(all P<0.05).The induction time of labor in the observation group was(12.05±4.25)h,and the cesarean section rate was 8.11%(3/37),which were lower than(18.54±5.16)h and 35.14%(13/37)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 8.11%(3/37),which was lower than 32.43%(12/37)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Using oxytocin and cervical dilation balloon for induction of labor for full-term pregnancy can promote cervical ripening,and improve the success rate of labor induction,on the other hand,it can shorten the time of labor induction,reduce the rate of cesarean section and the rate of postpartum complications.
