脑蛋白水解物联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗老年帕金森病的效果观察 被引量:1

Effects of brain protein hydrolysate combined with reduced glutathione on elderly patients with Parkinson disease

摘要 目的分析脑蛋白水解物联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗老年帕金森病的效果。方法抽取2019年7月至2021年11月南阳市中心医院收治的老年帕金森病患者98例,依据用药方案分为单一组(49例)与联合组(49例)。单一组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,联合组在单一组基础上加用脑蛋白水解物。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]水平、帕金森病统一评分量表的第二分量表(UPDRS Ⅱ)评分及Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分级、认知功能评分。结果联合组总有效率为93.88%(46/49),高于单一组的77.56%(38/49),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组UPDRSⅡ评分及H-Y分级、MDA水平均低于单一组(P均<0.05),联合组SOD水平、认知功能评分高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率(6.12%,3/49)与单一组(10.20%,5/49)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗老年帕金森病能提高临床疗效,改善氧化应激水平,帮助病情转归,提高认知功能,且用药安全。 Objective To analyze the effects of brain protein hydrolysate combined with reduced glutathione on elderly patients with Parkinson disease.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with Parkinson disease admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from July 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into combined group(49 cases)and single group(49 cases)according to the medication regimens.The single group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the combined group was treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate based on the treatment of the single group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of oxidative stress indicators,including superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and the second subscale of the Parkinson disease unified scoring scale(UPDRSⅡ)score,Hoehn-Yahr(HY)classification,and cognitive function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 93.88%(46/49),which was higher than 77.56%(38/49)in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the UPDRSⅡscore,H-Y grade and MDA level in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(all P<0.05),while the SOD level and cognitive function score in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group(6.12%,3/49)and the single group(10.20%,5/49),P>0.05.Conclusions Cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of senile Parkinson disease can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of oxidative stress,help the prognosis of the disease,improve cognitive function,and the medication is safe.
