高原乏资料地区梯级开发型河流水面线推算及应用

摘要 河道水面线推算是河湖管理范围划定与岸线规划等河长制工作的基础,除实测大断面外,还需要实测资料进行支撑,高原地区河流缺乏资料更是增加了此工作的难度。该文以林芝市的巴河曲为例,沿河建设有多座水电工程,结合收集到的梯级资料,采用水文水动力学方法计算河道水面线,参考相关规范应用到河湖管理范围划定工作,为西藏地区河长制工作的开展起到积极推动作用。 The calculation of water surface profile is the basis for river chief system work such as river management scope delineation and shoreline planning.In addition to measured sections,hydrological data is also needed for support.The lack of data on rivers in plateau areas makes this work more difficult.This paper takes the Bahe River in Nyingchi as an example,which has several hydropower projects been constructed along the river.Combined with the collected cascade data,the hydrological and hydrodynamic method is used to calculate the water surface profile in this paper,which is applied to the delineation of the management scope of the river refer to relevant specifications.This work plays a positive role in promoting the development of the river chief system in Tibet.
