高原地区河道型水库多目标生态治理研究

Study on Multi-objective Ecological Governance of Channel-type Reservoirs in Plateau Area

扎搪鲁措湖泥砂淤积严重,对湖区防洪安全及鲁朗风景区自然生态景观和旅游效益造成严重影响。该文以生态优先、绿色发展理念为指导,考虑河道河势、水沙条件、湖区现状,结合河道防洪和湖区生态环境、旅游发展等需求,提出多目标治理措施,以实现水生态与水安全、水环境、水景观和谐统一,协调发展的生态治理目标。

Zhatang Lucuo Lake has serious siltation,which seriously affects the flood control safety of the lake area and the natural ecological landscape and tourism benefits of Lulang Scenic Area.Guided by the concept of ecological priority and green development,this paper puts forward multi-objective treatment measures by taking into account the river situation,water and sediment conditions,the current situation of the lake area,and combining the needs of flood control,ecological environment,and tourism development in the lake area,so as to achieve the ecological governance goal of harmonious unity and coordinated development of water ecology and water security,water environment and water landscape.
