墨脱县河湖现状问题与管控措施分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Control Measures of Rivers and Lakes in Mêdog County

在河湖基本情况调查、河湖管理保护现状分析的基础上,以存在问题为导向,提出墨脱县河湖管控目标与管控措施,并对管控实施提出建议,为高原地区河湖管理提供参考。

Based on the investigation of the basic situation and the analysis of the present situation of the management and protection of rivers and lakes,and guided by the existing problems,this paper puts forward the objectives and measures for the management and control of rivers and lakes in Mêdog County,and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the management and control,it provides reference for river and lake management in Plateau area.
