摘要
本实验对乳酸菌FGM9毒性作用进行研究。以64只健康的SPF小鼠为动物载体,随机分为8组,通过灌胃和腹腔注射高、中、低不同剂量的实验菌株,观察7 d。通过小鼠的体质量变化、组织病理学、血液中各种指标的变化情况等评估其毒性作用。结果表明,小鼠体质量增加正常,其体内主要脏器无病理性损伤,血液学指标正常,乳酸菌FGM9菌株对小鼠无毒副作用。
The toxicity of lactobacillus FGM9 was studied in this experiment.Sixty-four healthy SPF mice were randomly divided into 8 groups.The experimental strains were injected with different doses of high,medium and low dose by intragastric and intraperitoneal injection for 7 days and observed for 7 days.The toxicity of the strains was studied by the changes of body weight,histopathological observation and blood indexes of the mice.The experimental results showed that there were no significant differences in the above indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that lactobacillus FGM9 strain had no side effects on the physiological health of mice.
