摘要
以NaOH为插层剂,采用液相超声剥离法及真空过滤法制备出MoS;/聚醚砜复合膜,并借助XRD、XPS以及SEM等对所制样品进行表征,重点研究了复合膜的染料分离性能。结果表明,润湿态MoS;/聚醚砜复合膜的膜通量远高于干燥态复合膜相应值,并且具有较高的EB截留率和无机盐透过率。
MoS;/PES composite membranes were prepared by liquid phase ultrasonic exfoliation and vacuum filtration with NaOH as the intercalation agent.The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,XPS and SEM,and the dye separation performance of the composite membranes was investigated.The results show that the membrane flux of wet MoS;/PES composite membranes is much higher than that of dry composite membranes,and the wet composite membranes also have higher EB retention ratio and inorganic salt permeability.
