摘要
机器人的有效设计对提升机器人质量及作业效率具有重要影响,为适应社会各行业对机器人的良好性能和高质量需要,在机器人发展过程中必须注重机器人的技术设计工作。基于此,课题组就可靠性设计、CAD计算机辅助设计、有限元法等现代设计方法在机器人设计中的应用进行研究。研究结果表明,设计人员借助计算机相关技术,结合现代设计方法,可明显提高机器人设计质量,降低机器人设计成本,提高机器人产品性能。
The design of robots has an important impact on improving the quality and efficiency of robots.In order to meet the needs of social industries for good performance and high quality of robots,we must pay attention to the technical design of robots in the process of robot development.Based on this,the research group discusses the application of modern design methods such as reliability design,CAD,finite element method in robot design.The research results show that designers can significantly improve the design quality of robots,reduce the cost of robot design,and improve the performance of robot products by combining computer related technology with professional disciplines to achieve diversified design methods.
