汽车安全带卷收器的结构设计与振动噪声分析

摘要 课题组采用SolidWorks对汽车安全带卷收器进行三维结构设计,并实现了装配体设计。将卷收器实际运行工况激励载荷加载到设计的卷收器上,分析了卷收器的振动响应特性,获得了卷收器实际工况下振动速度分布。此外,还将振动响应施加到卷收器声学有限元模型中,对卷收器的辐射噪声进行分析。研究结果表明,卷收器在低频下辐射噪声比较小,随着频率升高,辐射噪声有增大的趋势,需要适当进行降噪处理。 The research group used SolidWorks to design the three-dimensional structure of the automobile safety belt retractor,and realized the assembly design.The excitation load of the retractor under the actual working condition is loaded on the designed retractor,the vibration response characteristics of the locking retractor are analyzed,and the vibration velocity distribution of locking the retractor under the actual working condition is obtained.In addition,the vibration response is applied to the acoustic finite element model of the locking retractor to analyze the radiated noise of locking retractor.The research results show that the radiation noise of the locking retractor is relatively small at low frequency.With the increase of the frequency,the radiation noise tends to increase,and appropriate noise reduction treatment is required.
